Refund policy
SOME Returns/Exchanges are accepted with 30 days from your purchase date provided the product(s) being returned are unopened, unused, and in like-new condition, may be subject to a restocking fee. Opened products may still be eligible for return at discretion of Pacific Upfitters, and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Pacific Upfitters is not responsible for covering or repairing any defects, failures or warranty. Manufacturer responsible for all warranty approvals, communication and process. We are happy to assist in helping communicate with manufacturer if needed otherwise please follow product warranty process with each product manufactures directly. Warranty on all install labor is 60 days from purchase date, all suspensions must complete 500 mile torque check to validate warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns can be issued as store credit or cash value.
Once the return is receive by Pacific Upfitters, the refund or exchange will be initiated.

- Items with obvious signs of use
- Rallitek Products
- Open box items
- Pre-orders
- Sale items
- Suspension
- Bumpers
- Armor
- Racks
- Any installed item
- Electronics
- Sale items
- Diesel Heaters
- Roof top tents and trailers
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- opened packages will not be accepted
- special orders are non returnable
- unable to return orders due to extended shipping times, manufacture delays or manufacture backorders
No returns on used items.
To complete your return we require a receipt.

Any shipping damage must be handled directly with UPS or USPS or the current carrier. Pacific Upfitters is not responsible for damaged goods or shipping issues.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Applicable refunds must be credited back to original payment method or card number otherwise funds can only be used as a gift card for store credit. All Sales Final on event purchases. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A 25% restocking fee may be applied to any return accepted that does not meet return policies, special orders, and large freight items.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are doing in store pick up your product could have shipping fees after the time of checkout, please contact us to verify local stock and shipping costs for local pick up.
