Many of the products featured on this website are built to order, and can be subject to manufacturer's lead times.

Some available products ship directly from Pacific Upfitters. Out of stock items may ship directly from the manufacturer or vendor in effort to reduce shipping times and costs for our customers. In the event an item is out of stock at our location, your order may be subject to a vendor's current backorder.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are calculated automatically, when you have placed the items in your cart, you can begin the checkout process and you will see the shipping costs before you pay and complete the order. Any free shipping promotions are valid for orders shipped to the contiguous United States only. Free shipping excludes any item considered heavy($55 shipping cost) non standard package size or shipped via freight truck. Order set for in store pick up maybe subject to additional fees after check out due to special orders or items not it stock, please contact us to verify inventory or shipping quotes. 

 

ESTIMATE SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times are provided by the shipping carrier, and is not considered a guarantee. This is an estimation and is subject to change. It also does not take into account our processing and packaging times, which will add time to the actual delivery date. Estimated shipping times can be considered reliable after we package and send your order. Some items we may choose to drop ship, processing times for this are outside of our control and could be very unpredictable. If you have questions about how long it will take to package and ship your order, please reach out to info@pacificupfitters.com or use the contact us feature on the website.


US Domestic Orders
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days* of receipt of payment unless specifically stated**. Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days. Please consult tracking numbers for up to date information, tracking numbers will be sent once the order has been prepared for shipment. If we have an issue with your order, we will contact you by email, please keep an eye out for our contact. If we do not hear back from you in a reasonable time, we may cancel and refund, or edit the order within reason. 


International Orders

Canadian/international orders Not Responsible for any duties or fees occurred at the border for any reason. 
Calculating shipping for international orders is rather difficult, at times we may have to contact you to adjust the shipping or cancel your order if you prefer. We also reserve the right to change the specified carrier at checkout as sometimes the selected carrier does not work for the particular international order. If you are ordering internationally and need to have a particular carrier deliver your package for some reason, please send us a note with your order and we'll get back to you with a quote within two business days.

** Some items are offered as a pre-order and will be advertised as such with the appropriate schedule stated. All Drop ships and special orders are non refundable. Some exclusions apply to discount codes on products that are not applicable which will reflect in checkout. Some large freight items excluded from free shipping as the cart will reflect all current pricing and discount code validation. Orders ship to address inputed per each order, were cannot change your address without building a new cart. Please email for a order change of address request and we can make an easy swap for you.  Not liable for damages during shipping, lost or stolen. No refunds due to delayed delivery or lead times.
