Chassis Unlimited Octane Series swing-out rear tire carrier bumper ships to your door ready to install on your truck, complete with a 3-Stage texture black powder coat.

This is our high-clearance bed cut version, allowing extreme departure angles and bed protection. Ships fully assembled ready to install. Product shown with custom powdercoat (not offered) will ship with black texture powder coat only.

The Octane series swing-out bumper is our premium rear tire carrier bumper. Double latching swingout with slam bumpers allow a vibration-free swing out and an easy open/close using our push-button latch system.

A secondary latch on the swing-out spindle also allows locking in 2 positions- closed and open, so you don't need to worry about holding your swing-outs open while lowering your tailgate.

Universal 1/2 Inch Slots on both swingouts allow you to mount up to a 40 Inch Spare tire/wheel, and all your favorite accessories. One spare tire mount is included with the purchase of the bumper.

This swing-out tire carrier is manufactured with top-of-the-line components ensuring our product will last a lifetime of adventures.

USA Premium rated hinge/spindles with billet aluminum caps, rubber bump stops ensuring a slam style close with no vibration, push-button cam style release latches, 1/2 Inch Pin secondary close and open stop, Includes spare tire mount with studs.

The Octane series bumper brings an entire new style to the bumper market and offers an industry-first low-profile fitment with aggressive styling. The Octane series rear bumper is designed as a one-piece bumper, and ships as one unit ready to bolt to your vehicle.

The rear bumpers also feature corner steps as well as a built-in center step for ease of access. All of Chassis Unlimited's products are designed and manufactured in Livermore California.

Most installations are completed in a few hours or less with basic hand tools; the bumpers directly bolt onto your vehicle. Remove your factory bumper/mounts, and our product directly bolts onto your vehicle's factory bumper mounting locations.

This bumper is designed to work with or without your factory tow hitch. The cutting of your factory bed is required for the installation of this bumper.
