This beastly bracket is machined from a solid billet of 6061 T6 aluminum. It attaches to the side of your ACS forged bed rack with included hardware. We engineered it to work precisely with the Kuat Piston SR, arguably the best bike rack on the market. This lets you carry bikes up to 65 pounds! When properly installed, this allows full access to all your gear pods when the bike is not installed, and the bike rack arms are in the open position.
Important Compatibility Note:
Not compatible with the GearPod XL on a 5-1/2. or smaller truck beds.
Always follow the measurement-based instructions: “Space the brackets so they clear any accessories you have. Minimum distance between the brackets is 36”. The maximum distance we recommend is 50.5”.
